What's my ethos?
Let me dispell a common myth. Sports massage is not just for sports people.
I treat adults of all ages, so whether you want to progress in sport or improve your mobility, sports massage is effective.
It does not have to be brutal to be effective. It is my job to help you not hurt you.
You are an individual, so every session is tailored to your individual needs.
I don't believe in the hard sell. I will offer recommendation for how often you should ideally see me, but you will never be pressured to rebook.
In a nutshell, I am motivated, empathetic and genuinely interested in health and wellbeing.
I provide an authentic, caring service, believing that everyone has the right to reach their personal goals and full potential and has the capability to do so with the right support.
My aim is to provide a high quality wellbeing and health enhancing service.
I originally trained and qualified at the University of Bath but have also trained with many other gifted professionals and learning bodies within the field.
